Evening Run with a community run group. Fartleks. 1 min all out run. 2 min recovery. Fastest interval was 5’40. My normal speed is 7’30 so I sped up 2 whole mins compared to my normal run. Great group. Will return.

Today we celebrated a one of a kind person - my ex Matt McKenzie. He was the first person I ever loved and if today proved anything, I still care about him deeply to this day. We made a lot of happy memories together and he’ll be deeply missed by all the lives he touched.
