Exactly. The anticipation of the crowd on any missed field goal is real. Even at last years Grey Cup in the 4th quarter SK missed and you could feel the emotion of the crowd — will Mtl give up a point, get tackled on the 3 yard line, mid field or take it the distance.

Zach is getting old …. Might be his last year. Elgersma is young not ready to be a starter, this is an awesome move for the Bombers.

If # 2 wins game one on the road, they get a bye, then if #1 wins round two game #2 goes on the road again to #1. Unless winner of round one automatically gets re-seeded as #1, if so no advantage to winning division in regular season. Let’s grow the game by making it confusing for casual fan!

The worst is if you finish second in your division you may not get a home playoff game. The 5th and 6th seed get a home game. How STUPID is that??????

What's the point of regular season if we only eliminate one team? Playoffs should be one game only lose and you are out.

Finish second in division on the road vs # 1 team you win then #1 wins the next round and you have to back to play them on the road again???? So #1 team could get 3 home games.

Because they are idiots. We are not getting more fans because the field is smaller and taking away one of the most exciting potential plays in all of sports. Go to a game and feel the anticipation of the crowd on a missed FG. It’s drama - single point, tackled at the 2 or big return possible.

That was my first Labour Day weekend game in Regina ---- Bombers were terrible that year so thought we were going to get killed. It was such a great afternoon!!!!
