Admittedly it’s fair to ask how do you know there are quiet people still on Twitter who might listen. With a live audience you’d at least be able to see if there’s, you know, an audience. Harder online bc robots and maybe it’s just an occasional real person fanatic listening.

I really understand this sentiment. That said sometimes, maybe a lot of times, if you’re in a debate or discussion with someone, you’re not going to sway that person. You might however be able to sway the person who’s just listening to the debate.
