When an emergency strikes, someone has to answer the call. At Boys State, our Office of Emergency Services program places Citizens on the front lines of crisis response, giving them a firsthand look at the dedication and training it takes to serve as Emergency Medical Services personnel.

Not every case is solved in a courtroom. Our Forensics Laboratory program takes Citizens behind the scenes of the justice system, into the lab where evidence speaks louder than testimony. From processing crime scenes, these five Citizens got a look at the science that drives modern law enforcement.
