I've been considering the strategy of 47, and I think I've got it. The military has had a lot of trouble recruiting. Let's face it, parents acknowledge that the economy is crap for adults starting out in life, and provide food, shelter and a phone (Internet) much longer than Boomers have Gen X.

I guess we're back to having to screen the news for inappropriate language from the US President before letting the children hear it. It was a nice respite. If anyone wonders why a lot of Gen Z don't respect authority, it could be that they've seen some really bad examples from the highest office.
