Figure 2 in Barcelo-Serra et al. (2026): "Volcano plot showing the distribution of CpG sites after removing age-associated sites. In red, sites that had a difference in DNA methylation between fisheries and no-take marine protected areas larger than 15% and a q-value < 0.05. The labels correspond to the gene annotation that includes the CpG site. One of the CpGs was not included within any known genetic boundary and was annotated as intergenic."
