I made a SNES-style demake of one of my fave games and I guess I should have a social media account now
And thank you so much for the compliment! This is my first ever dev project so it is really touching to see it resonate with so many people. (it helps that people already love the game it's based on lol)

At this moment I'm not planning to, mostly because I'm pretty sure it would take years and I would hate to put in all that work and get a C&D. I'd consider it with a small team working together though!
But also bc I have so many idea... I'm currently learning UE5 for my first original project!

Thank you!!! Most of the character sprites are ones I made using FF6 sprites as a style guide. The Sanbrequois soldier is a recolor of FF6 soldiers (ff4 in battle), and most of the battle sprites are recolors from 4 & 6. Sprite Credits at the end!

I'm glad it resonates with you!!! This is the game made me fall back in love with FF and I'm glad other people are feeling that love :)

I just watched the VOD! Aaah it makes me so happy to see how much you and your viewers were enjoying it :) and I loved that everyone was clocking the sprites and sfx. Also the dramatic readings were on point
