Just me crying in bed 5 hours after having to tell my PTSD origin story to my favorite VA psychiatrist (my suicide prevention program doc).
My MST PTSD claim was denied because my PTSD diagnosis wasn't "confirmed". She's mad & confirming it. 💜

I had a massive meltdown at pool league tonight. I won my match and after, just completely broke. Still dealing w/the client holding me hostage last Weds.

I'm mouth breathing & sitting out and event because I had flu shot & shingles vax #2. I can't imagine how miserable I'd be if I ended up actually having either thing I got vaxed for. Worth it. #autistic 53 yo is a miserable sickie

Met a friend & her husband 20 years ago. She told me her husband is trans. We celebrated birthdays & holidays, supported our kids over the years & much to the surprise of some transphobic assholes, no one on my family became trans because of it
