Ensure that any ongoing clinical review is conducted concurrently without disrupting active, established patient care. There's always a question, a very reactionary question when the topic of Pride Month comes up. It's "why do we need it". People in the LGBTQ+ community oftentimes are victims of hate crimes, harassed, kicked out of their homes and victimised for just loving someone or being true to themselves.

The Senedd elections are only a week away... I hope that people are deterred from voting for Reform. They don't care about Wales, our language, they also want to force us to pay to access the NHS, by forcing us to pay, they want us to follow an American model of healthcare. Basically, pay or die.
