Yes, 38 years with him, and it definitely is worse. Became intense when he started having an affair; she continuously stalks us, and he is great at invalidating, ignoring, and gas lighting. He ignores me all the time and tells me he does nothing wrong. He changed my world. I am not me.
Excessive attention and love bombing, a covert narcissist strategy. Then comes emotional withdrawal for manipulation.

Mine not only calls me crazy, but psycho, and went as far as diagnosing me as schizoaffective bc I used to smoke weed, and his long-term mistress is a delusion. Plus, he blames me for all his faults and continuously tells me he never does wrong.
