From a probability standpoint, what are the chances a whole group would suffer and die for something they knew was false? One or two maybe, but all of them? The most reasonable explanation is that they truly believed they saw the risen Jesus.

I believe Jesus is God incarnate. The fact that 12 apostles died brutal deaths rather than deny their faith strongly suggests they truly believed in what they witnessed. People don’t willingly suffer and die for something they know is a lie.

My point is — how can we argue with certainty about something we only think we comprehend? Neither of us reached the level of those scientists. I’m choosing based on my own understanding and logic. I’m not denying yours. Both views are logical — I just lean more toward a Creator.

You believe in science, right? What happens to our energy after we pass away? According to physics—kinetic energy, thermal energy—they don’t just disappear; energy has to go somewhere. What if this is God’s way of bringing our soul back to Him?

I can comprehend the science and math you’re referring to, even if not at the level of Newton or Einstein. What’s interesting, though, is that despite their brilliance, both pointed to God. That said, I can also name many great scientists who pointed to the opposite nonexistence of God.
June 23, 2025 at 3:35 AM
My honest opinion: it’s one of those things you subconsciously lean into—whether to believe the evidence supports God or not. Einstein leaned one way, other great scientists another. Both sides have strong arguments. I can’t make you see it my way, and vice versa.

I understand what you are saying. I am a mechanical engineer by trade. There are a lot of scientists who, the further they went, pointed to God and a lot of scientists who also disproved God. Albert Einstein, being one "The more I study science, the more I believe in God"

I honestly don’t disagree with what you’re saying. But spiritually, I feel there’s always something looking out for you—things far beyond simple coincidence. Have you ever experienced anything like that?
June 23, 2025 at 2:46 AM
I don’t disagree with your logic, but also—the universe feels too finely tuned not to have a Creator. The way ecosystems connect and life emerges seems more intentional than just mathematical.

Maybe so, we will find out one way or another. The sheer scale of creation on Earth is beyond our full comprehension. I believe something created all of this; it's not created out of chance.

The multi-billionaires are doing God knows what—immorally, wrongly, and evil—to build their riches, working with the devil, and pay no dust. This is why the rich don't pay tax. It all stems from Adam's curse in the garden.
June 22, 2025 at 10:56 PM
After deceiving Eve, the serpent was cursed to crawl and eat dust—a sign of defeat, feeding on our fall. Adam was formed from dust, and now the tax we pay from our work is that dust, as we labour harder than him for a fraction of paradise. Those who side with the serpent pay no dust.

My perspective on God is primarily one of love for us as our creator. It was about free will. Without choice, love isn't real. God gave them the option to trust Him or go their own way. The tree set the stage for relationship, not control.

If God knew they would sin, then God also knew He would still love them. Maybe that’s the whole point.
I can’t put myself in God’s shoes—I’m not a creator. But from my life experience, God has protected me from evil and never given me more than I can bear. We naturally protect what we love.
June 22, 2025 at 8:00 AM
I respect Jesus’ example and the call to compassion. I don’t have all the answers, especially about suffering and hypocrisy in religion. God gave us free will, and much pain comes from how people use it, not from God. I appreciate honest questions and will pray for us both.

I hope you allow Jesus Christ to find you and receive His love. It sounds like you’ve had a bad experience with cult-like evangelical groups, but the real message is all about grace and hope. ☦️

It sounds like you’re confusing ancient animal sacrifices with human ones. People eat animals every day—those sacrifices were symbolic, not because a lie = death, but to show how serious sin was. Christianity now is about grace, not sacrifice.

It is important to consider context, not just pull verses. Isaiah 45:7 is part of a prophecy in which God speaks to King Cyrus, asserting His control over all things, both good and bad. It’s about sovereignty, not that God causes moral evil. Context matters here.
June 22, 2025 at 12:13 AM
Animal sacrifice showed the cost of sin — never the end goal. Jesus became the final sacrifice. Pizza or sex as payment would be too easy and wouldn’t show how serious sin is. Blood symbolizes life’s weight, and Jesus fully fulfilled that cost once for all.

When “God is good” turns into “whatever God does is good by default,” it opens the door to moral laziness. Same in politics: it’s not about right or wrong, just who’s doing it. That’s not godliness — that’s just tribalism dressed up as faith.
June 21, 2025 at 11:54 PM
Who said God doesn't know how it all turns out? He created the Heaven and the Earth. God is outside of our perception of time. God already knows what has happened and will happen.
June 21, 2025 at 6:34 AM
Funny thing is… Revelation states that God will destroy all evil, but not yet. When Jesus returns, judgment comes.

Maybe he’s waiting because He wants to save as many of us as possible before then.

‘The Lord is not slow… but patient, not wanting anyone to perish’ – 2 Peter 3:9"

Violence has been done in Christianity’s name, as it has in Islam and Judaism. Today, Christians are the most persecuted group—360M+ face imprisonment, torture & death in 70+ countries like North Korea, Nigeria & China. This suffering is real and devastating.

That law reflects ancient Israel’s cultural context. Jesus fulfilled the Old Covenant, bringing grace and forgiveness instead of strict legalism. The New Testament focuses on love, mercy, and redemption rather than harsh punishments like this.
