This is a doubly interim order known as an administrative stay. It is typically used to give the Court more time to consider an emergency application.

Last night, I was endorsed by a Democrat, a Republican, and an Independent in Arlington, TX.

We really are building a new kind of politics — and now there’s a word for it:

Here is @aoc.bsky.social thankfully telling everyone exactly what to do to stop a concentration camp from being built where you live.

Please take it to heart and take action.
Local zoning is the way! A lot of these are being stopped or stalled by neighborhood organizing.

These warehouses often need to be purchased, permitted, approved for occupancy and specs. Each one of those steps can be interrupted.

Ppl are pressuring corps not to sell, counties to deny permits, etc

"Trump’s eventual departure may make the world feel calmer & saner for a while. But as experience taught us, things can always get worse again. Unless, of course, we build a big, beautiful ballroom. Then we'll finally have the peace & security for which everyone yearns." — @paulwaldman.bsky.social
A more secure ballroom will not stop the madness
This is the age of chaos Trump has made.
