Way to go California! California just closed another door on outside military deployments. Governor Gavin Newsom signed SB 1354, which blocks other states from sending their military forces into California without the Governor’s permission.

Trump’s original plan for the triumphal arch was to allow tourists and tour groups to go up to the top where there would be an observation area. Now it is apparently going to be an area for snipers. Or is it both snipers and tour groups together?
