Instead of wasting a day sitting in a room rehashing the problem, meeting participants should have spent $20 each building a visually appealing ad to run on twitter, dispelling common anti-science myths.

Normally, I'd talk shit about the complete misunderstanding of light in a painting like this, but this artist didn't add any shadows because they're more interested in geometry and line. Reminds me of Whistler's idea that paintings are problems of arrangement to be solved. It's more an abstract work

I mean... yes, you have. Banks have used blockchain tech for the last decade. Blockchain is used for auditing, increasing transaction speed, and basic security. It's also used to settle international transfers. JPM, HSBC, and GSachs all use smart contracts to automate bond issuance & collateral mgmt
