ok...maybe I kind of like the virtual game cards a little bit... if you're not lending to another system it doesn't change much, but the virtual card menu shows all the "virtual game cards" you own even if they're not on your switch which is kind of cool

I feel like Nintendo is just gonna have to eat the tariffs and take big lossses on Switch 2 hardware for a while. Raising the price now, even with the tariff excuse, would be public opinion armageddon.

Oh yes, Pokemon Presents was good. General impressions:
- Z-A looks very solid. I like how it's a Legends game in a more modern setting now
- Odd that there are two starters from the same gen, but alright
- Pokemon Champions has a lot of potential as a modernization of competitive core battling
- Z-A looks very solid. I like how it's a Legends game in a more modern setting now

I've got to say, I'm not understanding the distaste for the Shrek 5 design styles. Like for the Minecraft movie I totally get it. But the style is only just a bit different in Shrek 5, and if nothing else it's just nice to have a bit of a fresh look without looking too radically different

About the gold points... it did feel kind of pointless a bit, like if they are gonna replace it with something else then sure
Though if they're just retiring the idea of a rewards program in general then it's bad news

I still think it'd be cool to play BOTW on Wii U, being Zelda U and all. But it's a shame that the shiekah slate stuff can't be done on the Gamepad concurrently, as was probably the original idea

I continue to be saddened that Mario Wonder and BOTW/TOTK ties its save files to the Switch users. Like I guess it's...simpler but I don't imagine it would have been much to have three save files per user
