Tomorrow's meeting of the CAC'a Zoning & Variance Committee has been canceled.
We have received no variance requests for the scheduled July 29, 2026 meeting of the CAC's Zoning & Variance Committee. Unless we get a demo-permit–waiting-period waiver request by this Tuesday, the meeting will be canceled. I'll post an update on Tuesday evening.

A short agenda for the July 30, 2025 meeting of the CAC's Zoning and Variance Committee. The question is whether to waive the 60-day waiting period for the demolition of a house. With the waiver, the demolition could possibly begin on 8/8. Without the waiver, they would have to wait until 8/31.
