Italy's annual inflation rose to 3.3% in August, driven by energy, while Spain's climbed to 4.3% as food and fuel prices surged, Spain's statistics agency said.

Ofgem's own breakdown says gas is doing nearly all of it. Gas bills up 8%. Homes without gas, under 1%.
