I have big ticket personal items to still de-fossilize. Car. Heating. Water heater. Stove. Roof solar. Each one is hundreds to thousands and I wish it were not so. Even converting my dang dryer from gas to electric was $$$$ because I needed to get a new 240v line run across the basement.

The €1bn spent on fossil fuel sinces April would have put 8kw battery & solar on 100,000 homes buying them energy freedom for 20+ years.

The €1bn+ that will be spent over the next few months would bring that to 250,000 homes.

What we lack is will and vision
