Belgium and Rwanda restored diplomatic relations, ending a rupture tied to Rwanda’s March 2025 break over the conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
We are not Syria or Rwanda after the genocide. Truth recovery work is complementary with rule of law and in our democracy, truth recovery has to work in partnership with rule of law. Not a solution.
