The EU finalized tougher Euro 7 rules tightening emissions, brake, tire and battery standards, which analysts warned could add €2,000 to EV prices as Italy risked missing 2030 targets.
The most questionable part is perhaps when they beg the EU *not* to introduce more realistic emission factors for plug-in EVs = to keep pretending that they have emissions 4 times lower than in reality 😳
