A trade‑union‑linked study found large‑scale socialization of Berlin housing financially feasible and a useful complement to new construction, but insufficient to solve the city's housing shortage.
Housing is much more than a roof. Access to services, work, education, healthcare and daily life must be part of how we think about housing and urban dignity.

It just occurred to me that saying "no" to more housing options means, in reality, that you're advocating for fewer housing options. That's pretty telling.
