Have now slowly re-read the ruling, and it is even more damning than at first reading.
The ruling pretty much sets out Manchester City was fraudulent on a systemic long-term basis.
Not just mere non-compliance, but ‘concealments’ and ‘disguises’.
Also some MCFC witnesses were ‘dishonest’.

Manchester City were a criminal operation hiding in plain sight. An example of the worst excesses & lack of ethics of corporate capitalism. Scottish football forced Rangers to start again in the 4th tier: the Glasgow club did go into liquidation. Man City need a similar scale of punishment.

Sky peddling the lie that Man City won their case against UEFA at CAS when in fact it was simply a case of a lot of the charges were time barred so punishment could not be enforced. They were still guilty.

City recorded £360m in sponsor fees in the three seasons they won the Premier League - 2011-12, 2013-14, and 2017-18. Only £43m of it was legitimate - the rest came from their owners and was disguised.
