it is just false that EU-origin migration was mostly "revolving door"; or that there was a huge disparity with non-EU migration. Return rates were somewhat higher, but the differences are *much* less than implied here.

it's not "nuance", David, be serious. You can read what he said. As I pointed out, there are 4 million EU-origin migrants resident here. This is not "revolving door" migration.

Although the EU has already agreed to such a thing for two micro States, as well as an ad hoc approach with exceptions to free movement of people for Switzerland
