In Madrid on a tumultuous day for Spain. Citizens are right to demand housing as a human right and the foundation of everything else. Not as an asset class for speculation. We need a different economics and economy: that sets the objective first and builds the tools and relationships to reach it.

I doubt it will be enough, and it is again extremely opportunistic and Machiavellian, but this is another brilliant political move by Pedro Sanchez.

1. Move the public debate towards your issue

2. Have a vote on it knowing you will lose

3. Use that loss to argue you need a stronger mandate. 🙇
