to me, a layup sensible AI regulation is "do not allow the AI agent to make phone calls for any reason"

Talking to someone in a company where whole divisions are being axed because of AI. Not because AI can do their jobs, but because the company needs to drastically cut the salary bill to pay for AI.

Aha! I seem to have intuited something that is true.

I wrote this post with a broader thought in mind, that an artificial intelligence is likely to reflect the values of those who build it.
