In Tirana, the capital of Albania, student protests yesterday got out of hand. The students complain about the state of the universities, the tuition, the financial support and the job opportunities after their studies. The protest, however, escalated into violence: some students threw concrete blocks at the Ministry of Education. Also today, students are back on the streets.
