Fun story in the NYT about repeat runners in the NYC marathon asking, do they get faster with time? And many do! I ran the Marine Corps marathon last Sunday, 25 years after my first race and beat my debut time by 12 minutes. Good luck to those running tomorrow. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...
