A study by Spain's Ministry of Social Rights and the CSIC found that housing tenure, not age, drove economic inequality, with multi-landlords' median wealth 450 times higher than renters'.

The top fifth of UK households take 35% of all disposable income.
The bottom fifth take 8%.
That ratio, 4.5 to 1 has barely shifted in 15 years across different governments.

El problema de la vivienda en España es el pequeño rentista, con 1, 2 o 3 viviendas, que suponen un 71,4% de los ingresos del alquiler. Muchos de los cuales forman parte del poder legislativo y son parte interesada. El resto suelen ser problemas de redondeo.

El problema de la vivienda en España es el pequeño rentista, con 1, 2 o 3 viviendas, que suponen un 71,4% de los ingresos del alquiler. Muchos de los cuales forman parte del poder legislativo y son parte interesada. El resto suelen ser problemas de redondeo.
