A couple of weeks ago the ABCA ordered the GoA to make Sonya Savage available for questioning in the coal compensation cases. The ABCA has just rejected the GoA's application for a stay of that order (pending an appeal to the SCC).

Check out the ABCA, which is the organization Beamer is registered through. If you have a dog and you can demonstrate it herds like a border collie, they will register it like a border collie. If you show your ABCA dog in AKC conformation, they'll revoke its registration.
