One of the things I was happy about was that older Gen Z folk didn't have to do the stuff we millennials were told to/had to.

a bit ago i mentioned the honor of being able to help bargain for wages for LADC interns at work; my practicums (most of my colleagues with & before me too) were not just unpaid, ultimately we were the ones paying to do labor in hopes of learning for minimum 880 hours per standards of licensing
Grad school is a poorly-paid internship where if you pencil it out like I did, you’re making like $2 hourly wage.
