Hegseth has ordered the Pentagon to STOP offensive cyber operations against Russia. This is insane. Russia is actively targeting the U.S., and the ability to conduct offensive operations (which was authorized by Trump in 2018!*) was at least one deterrent. The question was about Russian cyberoperations against Norway. Whether they know it or not, that question was answered in the affirmative through justification by whataboutisms.
