I think a lot about how "awareness" became the key currency of a lot of advocacy and protest in the era of social media and how much that has actually been awful for affecting change
And then, yeah, the meta-points of: "What is the point of making a smug-ass film. Did you raise awareness? Is awareness what we need? We're all aware. Everyone's aware. Awareness is so cheap and plentiful. And yet we keep repeating mistakes. And I see it but I'm trapped in it too."

Like the end of the Wild West, it couldn’t last. Mayor Wilson’s SDOT has put an end to the cowboys in pickups galloping down Stone Way refusing to yield to those on foot. A new cross walk in town will make things a bit safer here for kids heading to BF Day Elementary.

OKAY but legitimately it is a problem how everything related to the MAHA quackery movement means any sort of legitimate patient advocacy very quickly gets shot down with "I'm The Doctor" and/or eyes glazing over because they're used to anti-science, "alt medicine", or whatever other bullshit.
