The ONEXPLAYER X1 Air is a portable computer that's positioned as a handheld gaming PC. But with an 11 inch, 2560 x 1600 pixel, 120 Hz thanks to a set of detachable controllers that fit onto the sides. First announced in China earlier this summer, the ONEXPLAYER X1 Air is now available for pre-order globally with prices starting at $1099. It's expected to begin shipping September 25, 2025.

Lenovo has launched a new 2-in-1 Windows tablet for the Chinese market which features a 13.3 inch, 3000 x 2000 pixel display, a detachable keyboard, and an Intel N100 Alder Lake-N processor. It's unclear whether Lenovo has any plans to bring the new S130 tablet to the US or other markets anytime soon, but it's an interesting device that combines a low-cost, low-power processor with a big, high-res display.

The new Microsoft Surface Pro for Business is a 13 inch tablet with a detachable keyboard, an Intel Core Ultra Series 3 "Panther Lake" processor, and support for up to 64GB of LPDDR5x memory and up to a 1TB user-replaceable PCIe NVMe SSD. The company also plans to offer models with Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 series processors later this year. It's also an expensive tablet. Prices start at $1950 for a model with a Core Ultra 5 335 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD. That's an awful lot of money to spend on a tablet with those specs, even at a time when RAM and storage prices are driving up the cost of most computers.
