Even at this stage without its backpack, weaponry, other accessories, or topcoat, this mobile suit looks really nice, complete, and well balanced.

I think it’s finally time to dive into this one. I don’t know why I feel a little nervous starting it, but I’m definitely looking forward to it since I’ve heard it’s one of the best RGs. Anyway, here we go!

First half of topcoating the Hi-Nu is done!
It made the biggest difference on all the blue and gray pieces. The holo effect on the decals got diminished by the matte spray, but I kinda prefer it this way, and they still look really nice.

Finished! I’m totally exhausted from the week, so here’s a quick and dirty pic before heading off to bed.

Wow! This RG 2.0 upscale to 1/100 is mighty impressive! I never had any problems with fitting issues, the build was super smooth!
For my part I added some light weathering here and there as I built it.

Finally posed the Hi Nu. And it poses like a dream. Nothing is loose, though the Fin Funnels get knocked out if I'm not careful. And the backpack weight makes balancing an issue. But damn, it is fun to pose.

This was such a great build! I've been wanting to do it for awhile and it held up to all of my expectations!
It's so posable, and even with all the fiddly little parts, I thought it was a pretty smooth build!
