Wow I’m really happy with how the civic election went in Kelowna. 5 of my 7 councillor votes were elected. I wasn’t a huge fan of either Mayor choice so that didn’t matter to me too much.

Have seen some of the astrology re: this also. Similar elements to the Gore election, where the winners are actually the losers (election taken away from the winner).
This combined with the steps already being taken will be interesting. Hopefully less interesting than what many expect.
