In general lengthening the exhale in relation to the inhale will slow the heart rate and lower blood pressure. Try a ratio of 1:2 in:out, and going up slowly (1sec:2sec, 2:4, 3:6, 4:8 etc) as each pace becomes effortless. The goal is to completely fill and empty with each inhale/exhale

The whole malware thing made me leave it initially, it seems that while it's still not exactly the most trustworthy thing, it is stable and that file has since been removed.
Tried it, just to see.. and I'm getting no more 1-2sec freezes and crashes.

The initial promise was that they GOOOO!!!! but.They didnt all do that. I think mainly an artificial limit on the cheaper ones, tho i am aware that power is very linked to battery size. Still i believe many EV below 120hp throughout the last 15y could go 1-2sec faster to 60 than they do without cost

In body IS whilst not as strong as lens IS on the R6 has given a nice upgrade to my old lenses, I’ve even got sharp shots out of the (non IS) 100mm at 1/2sec.
Though I’ve also added a decent travel tripod so i can also do long exposures because I actually carry my tripod now
