4+ Years ago, I gave up my 4day/10 hour shift and imediately regretted it. I've been trying to get that schedule back without success! If you've never worked 4/10s, you don't notice working an extra 2 hours but you ABSOLUTELY notice having 3 days off! I found out tomorrow which one I got! 😊👉👈

When in the job I regularly worked 10 hour plus shifts, so got used to 40-50 hour weeks
In civvy street I am on a fairly tight 37 hr week, it’s hard trying to work 7.4 hr days
So I am on compressed hrs, a 37hr/4day week

Can’t believe federal employees don’t have bargaining rights.
