I think we all make 99 good choices, but those don’t justify the 100th, if tragic. There is a reason that unfettered jingoism was abandoned and replaced with processes to insure reaching our military goals w/o causing these tragedies. Playing war with today’s tech isn’t a game for the ignorant.
