The 13cabs app is so shit that you can only make a single advance booking, and you can't do anything else with it until that trip has been completed.

Shout out to 13CABS in Australia. A few of their drivers haven’t been happy but NONE have refused seeing eye dog Silkie. Last time, guy said he was scared; later said he was IMPRESSED by her good behaviour.

Nevertheless, like I said, my daughters and their friends had so many dicey incidents w cabs/rideshare that having some trusted cabbies/hirecars was imperative.
