Cut off all comms from TACO. He’s not POTUS anyway ( #14ASection3 ) so neither he, nor his cabinet, are lawfully allowed to issue any orders to military, law enforcement, or any other service.

“Overthrow” implies that 💩 was a legitimate POTUS to begin with. According to the Constitution (#14ASection3), he isn’t. Maybe we should just arrest him under 18 USC § 912 and his cabinet and SCOTUS picks under RICO?

•Bomb threats called into key polling locations.
•Unlawful disenfranchisements.
•Failure to count all votes.
•Candidates, including 💩, who are constitutionally disqualified from office ( #14ASection3 ).

Invalidating 💩’s orders is easy, as he was never POTUS. #14ASection3. And SCOTUS can’t rule otherwise, because they cannot rule AGAINST the Constitution like they have (Precedent is Marbury v. Madison).

The DOJ policy was not to indict a sitting POTUS, but there are 2 things in America’s favor:
1) He can’t be POTUS according to #14ASection3.
2) They’re not indicting, they’re going straight to arrest.
If the Secret Service resist, they can go to jail alongside him (obstruction, aiding, abetting).
