This harrowing report by @FemicideCensus analyses cases of #2000Women who were killed by men. To tackle Femicide it's important to name it and to understand the patterns - eg 90% were killed by men they knew. I hope Govt’s next VAWG Strategy will do both www.femicidecensus.org/wp-content/u...

Of #2000women, 9% were killed by their sons.

The 2000 Women report examines the first 2,000 completed cases—each one a life stolen, each one a failure of society to protect them.

2,000 women is 2,000 too many. The era of indifference and inaction must end.
