🔴 Amazon paused its use of 21Air after a fatal crash. The wording is tidy. The reality isn't: a cargo plane went down, people died, and Amazon stopped only once the risk became impossible to ignore. This protects Amazon first. It's not safety; it's damage control after the fact.
