Waltzing with 225lb in my arms makes me feel like I have hyper armor in a fighting game. That’s really the only way I can explain it.

I got my motherfucking 225lb bench press baby! TWICE! (2 different sets, not back to back) I know among Gym rats that isn't huge or anything but from what I have heard, less than 1% of people can bench 225.

I once was up to like 225lb and acid reflux, job loss, and ex leaving me got me running 3 miles a day and down to 170 in bout 4-5 months. I work out to eat the things I wanna (in moderation) when I wanna. I literally count calories in my head.

I say this as a big gal-designers aren’t really making clothes for the well padded.

I’m sure that’s not an issue for our 6’3”, 225lb president, though.

Work is letting us work 10s again and I’m financially obligated to do so. So I thought with my last gym sesh for a while I’ll see how close I am to the half-ton club. Turns out I’m way closer than I thought I would be! Only 55lbs away! Let’s goooo 🥳 #powerlift #gamer #halftonclub

The 2nd replay of the 11 yard gain. Gordon is a 225lb battering ram at 6'2". He will win the collision against most DBs.

Woof it's leg day so I'm not surprised that my leg extensions feel hard since I'm doing them toward the end

*Notices that I have them set to 235lb instead of 225lb*

.... ah

65 inch, 225lb optoma sovereign dlp rear projection tv from ~2005

theres almost zero info on this thing online but it ran for around 5500 back in the day and seems like it was primarily targeted at the prosumer home theater market

Back to 225lb RDLs for reps!! 😤😤😤

I had technically done this before months ago, but with improper form (I felt way more sore in my lower back than proper).
Proud of myself for stepping back, lowering weight, and fixing my form. Today felt completely different (positive)!

Casually trying 225lb. I’ve been working at this for a whole year but the form is what I’m most proud of.

A zercher squat at 225lb; I’ve been able to do this but working up to it and getting the form is the most important thing

This shows how much the game has changed, when a 225lb back is considered huge. Does anyone remember Craig Hayward?

The problem with having sardines for lunch, despite them being delicious, was sardine burps all through my gym workout. I did manage a 225lb backsquat 2 rep max though so.
