Ja genau, deswegen hatte ich ja nicht verstanden, wieso die grünen dann nichts einbringen (Gesetz, Entschließung etc.) das die Regierung zu etwas auffordert. Bspw. durch Entschließung nach §23GG die Bundesregierung auffordern sich in der EU für etwas einzusetzen.
