Employers=HUGE problem. Takes >than 100 applications/many interviews w/ZERO follow ups/job offers....even top tier, qualified applicants. The whole job market is F*ed. 25yrs military officer=7mos to find a job. 2 degrees/2jobs working for AG's=200 applications. They add you to the "data bank".

I did not know that. I lived in Rochester for 2 years 8 years ago. I didn't venture out much. It's very cold in MN. Also I was working 2jobs trying to keep afloat. I didn't have any down time.
