Same income - probably around £40k pa. To pay the IHT, they will probably need to save 10 years of earnings.
The problem is wealthy London 2ndhomers inflate the land values.

I can always tell when the weather’s improving - it’s accompanied by “Here come the Fucking DFLs” from a local or two. Best I get me best T-shirt on.
