if I've done my job right picking parts then it should be a very easy to drive and very responsive and balanced car. like 300hp in a car that's less than 3000lb, and zero driver aids. 6 speed and long gears, plus can run E85, so it should actually be cheap to run as well.

Also the tool is wrong (no surprise there). Cybertruck has a maximum 2500lb payload and only if it's the all terrain vehicle (most are only 2000 lb). It certainly can't tow 11,000lb plus 3000lb as 10% of the towed mass (tow ball weight) has to come off the payload!
