I just don't think every game needs high fps. If a game is more cinematic, I might even PREFER 30FPS.
It's why I disable motion smoothing on my TVs. It's OK for some content, but it rips the "film" feel right out of movies.

additionally, while the washing mechanics are well-crafted and very fun, the game's genre isn't "job simulator" it's actually "dating sim": you pick 1 of 3 characters to "go on a date" (see a short sex scene) with.
