## Amazon Offers 50% Discount on the LG Ultragear 39-Inch OLED Gaming Monitor The LG Ultragear 39GX90SA-W ultrawide gaming monitor is currently listed on Amazon with a **50% discount** which brings its price down to 784.02. The limited-time offer is available to all customers who want to use it including those who do not have a Prime membership. ### Gaming Performance and Display Characteristics The 39GX90SA-W is a 39-inch OLED monitor which displays images at a WQHD resolution of 3440 x 1440 while supporting a **240 Hz refresh rate**. The monitor uses an 800R curve which creates an immersive gaming experience for users who do not want a less aggressive experience. The monitor has a pixel density of 94 PPI. The OLED panel produces deep black shades together with instant response times which makes it suitable for fast-paced video games. Performance reviews show that the monitor reaches a brightness level of 247 nits for 100% of its screen and 784 nits for 10% of its screen. The display achieves 96% of the P3 color gamut range. ### Known Drawbacks and Connectivity The monitor has some noted limitations which restrict its overall functionality. The 39-inch screen with WQHD resolution results in poor text quality. The color accuracy is considered acceptable but not exceptional for professional work. For users who want better image quality together with enhanced text sharpness, a higher resolution panel will deliver better results. The I/O selection shows multiple ports through which users can connect their devices. The I/O selection encompasses the following ports: * Dual HDMI 2.1 * DisplayPort 1.4 * USB 3.1 Type-C (with DisplayPort Alt Mode and 65W Power Delivery) * Dual USB 2.0 Type-A * Ethernet port * Audio jack ### Smart Features and Deal Assessment The LG Ultragear 39GX90SA-W also integrates LG's webOS, which enables users to access smart TV functions directly from their monitor. The monitor offers users who want immersive gaming experiences with high refresh rates and smart features a good deal at its current Amazon price. The monitor has a low pixel density which negatively affects text clarity. **Grab the LG Ultragear 39GX90SA-W 39-inch OLED ultrawide gaming monitor at a 50% discount on Amazon.**

This is not just about being pretty – it's built for speed. ### Key Display & Gaming Features: * **39-inch Curved WOLED Panel:** Immersive 800R curvature for an incredibly immersive experience. * **240Hz Refresh Rate:** Super-smooth motion for top-of-the-line gaming. * **1440p Resolution:** Perfect trade-off between detail and performance. * **0.03ms (GtG) Response Time:** Pixel-perfect clarity even in crazy-fast action sequences. * **AMD FreeSync Premium & NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible:** Say goodbye to stutters and screen tearing. ## Smart TV Features Built Right In This is where it gets really interesting. LG has put webOS 24 directly into this monitor. You have Smart TV capabilities without having to connect extra devices. Stream Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, whatever you want, directly on your gaming monitor. It's two devices in one. ### Smart Features & Connectivity Highlights: * **WebOS 24 Built-In:** Have all your go-to streaming apps at your fingertips right on the monitor. * **Multiple Ports:** * 2 x HDMI 2.1 - Future-proof connectivity for PCs and consoles. * 1 x DisplayPort 1.4 - The PC high refresh rate requirement. * 1 x USB-C (with 65W Power Delivery) - Charge laptop and display simultaneously. * 2 x USB Type-A - Easy connections for peripherals. * Gigabit Ethernet - Relaxed wired networking. * 3.5mm Headphone Jack - For your wired audio requirements. ## Price and Availability So, how badly will it hurt your purse? That OLED screen, combined with the high refresh rate and smart features, makes it a pretty compelling package. Ready to upgrade your setup.

LG has previewed the UltraGear OLED 39GX90SA, a new 39-inch OLED gaming monitor with an 800R curvature and webOS integration, ahead of its full reveal at CES 2025 in Las Vegas. This monitor is expected to replace the UltraGear OLED 39GS95QE from earlier this year. ## Key Features LG has confirmed that the UltraGear OLED 39GX90SA will retain a 21:9 aspect ratio and 800R curvature, similar to its predecessor, the 39GS95QE. It will also feature LG's Anti-Glare & Low Reflection (AGLR) coating to minimize glare and reflections. The monitor will also include a compact 'L-shaped' stand and USB Type-C ports. DisplayPort and HDMI connectivity are also expected. ## webOS Integration One of the most notable features of the UltraGear OLED 39GX90SA is its integration of webOS, which provides access to streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix. This makes the monitor a home entertainment hub, in addition to its gaming capabilities. ## Unspecified Details LG has not yet released details regarding the monitor's resolution or peak refresh rate. However, it's unlikely that they would lower the specifications below the 1440p resolution and 240 Hz refresh rate offered by the 39GS95QE. More details are expected to be released during CES 2025.

51% OFF – TODAY ONLY **39-inch LG Ultrawide OLED Gaming Monitor** View Deal If you’ve been waiting for a great deal on an OLED gaming monitor, it’s here. This 39-inch LG OLED would normally be $1,600, but today it’s on sale for $789.53 at Amazon. That’s already a good price for any regular ultrawide in this class, but this one features a boosted 39-inch format and a 240Hz refresh rate, making this deal absolutely incredible. You can read PCWorld’s full review of the UltraGear 39GX90SA-W for comprehensive details, but the overall gist is that this monitor hits the current gaming monitor sweet spot plus a few extras. At 3440×1440 resolution, it’s a bit wider than standard QHD while being five inches larger than the semi-standard 34-inch size. That gives you a little extra space for cinematic games, which is appropriate since this monitor comes with LG’s webOS smart TV software built in. You don’t even need a PC to get streaming apps on this thing. You also get all the usual gaming goodies, including 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03 milisecond response rate, G-Sync and FreeSync. With USB-C, it plays nice with laptops, though 65 watts of max charging means that the most intense gaming laptops will need more juice to get full power. Amazon has this promotional price active for today only, ending at 4 AM Eastern time. (And despite being so close to Prime Day, it looks like you don’t need a Prime subscription to get this discount.) If you miss this price, or just prefer to shop elsewhere, you can also get the same model from LG’s store for $799.99. If you miss the deal altogether, check out PCWorld’s picks for the best gaming monitors for more options.

More than 50% off **LG 39-inch utrawide OLED gaming monitor** View Deal Since nobody can upgrade their actual gaming PC at the moment, it’s a very popular time to upgrade your gaming monitor. And, if you’re looking to go big, Amazon has a fantastic deal for you today. This 39-inch LG OLED ultrawide, and I mean _ultra_ because it’s 39 inches, is just $768. That’s over half off the original retail price of $1,600. This UltraGear monitor (model number 39GX90SA-W) comes with all the fixings. You get 240Hz speed for buttery-smooth framerates and utility for competitive online games. It’s compatible with FreeSync and G-Sync for when you want to pump up those effects. It also uses a semi-standard 3440x1440p resolution, but bumps up the size an extra five inches over what you usually get at that wide 1440p resolution. On top of all that, this is a centerpiece monitor, complete with USB-C video (though it’s only 65 watts, a gaming laptop may need more) and extra USB-A ports for more gadgets. It even has an Ethernet port. Why? Because it’s also rocking WebOS, LG’s smart TV software, so it can offer up video and other content all on its own. You can read PCWorld’s full review of the 39GX90SA-W here. This is a pretty incredible deal, one that’s unlikely to be matched before the next big holiday sale. I get the feeling Amazon might sell out, but if it does, you can order one directly from LG, Best Buy, or Newegg at the same price. If it’s not what you’re looking for, then check out PCWorld’s roundup of the best monitors.

If you want to go big on gaming monitors, that means you need to spend big. But even if you have a high budget, it still pays to hunt for deals. For example, you can get an oversized 39-inch ultrawide OLED from LG for just $896.99 from Amazon. That’s over $600 off the retail price. The LG Ultragear 39GX90SA-W is a deluxe, upgraded version of the ultrawide format, keeping the semi-standard 3440×1440 resolution but stretching to an even bigger 39 inches and adding LG’s WebOS smart TV software. PCWorld’s monitor expert Matt Smith said it’s a good-looking monitor with great image quality and extra features in his review. And with a refresh rate of 240Hz and support for both FreeSync and G-Sync, it’s more than ready to take your desktop gaming to the next level. Other goodies inside this screen include plenty of ports, including USB-C with 65 watts of charging. That makes it a great companion to laptops, though the biggest and most powerful gaming models might feel a little thirsty. Excellent support for consoles makes it a great companion for other gadgets at your desk, but with built-in Wi-Fi and its own streaming apps, it can handle plenty of media all by itself. Just make sure to plug in some decent speakers, the ones inside the panel aren’t great. You can use your discount to add on a VESA monitor arm, just make sure to get one that can handle this oversized screen’s 16.1-pound (7.3 kilograms) weight. This is a great sale, but there’s no indication of when it’ll end on Amazon’s storefront. And yeah, almost a grand is still a lot to spend on a monitor even if you can afford it.
