Yeah, there's a class I'm working on for some 3pp work that is very much a case of stealth 'I'm including a bunch of stuff I'd put in my dream wizard rebuild', but it's hard because you know you can't also just invalidate the wizard like that.

Problem is that C has only grown by 3pp during the campaign, whereas S have shrunk by 8pp, so although your point is probably valid, it is a long way from being the full explanation.

That said, as someone who's been doing 3pp for this system for almost four years now, one of the big issues I've come to realize is that the weakest parts of the design are the parts that don't lean into the scaling; mechanics like afflictions, spell attacks, or even basic weapon strikes...
